Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund with your local distributor.
Change of mind
Because orders are prepared and dispatched by local distributors, change-of-mind returns are handled case by case — message us before the order is dispatched and we'll do our best to help.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back to the Mobile Money number used for the order. Processing normally takes a few business days once approved.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number (from your invoice), what's wrong, and a photo if relevant.
