How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept Mobile Money (MoMo) only — no card payments. After you place an order you will get MoMo payment instructions on your invoice; once you have paid, confirm it with us on WhatsApp so we can start preparing your order.
Why do prices and stock sometimes differ by region?
Flayona works with independent distributors in different regions. Each region has one default store, and that store sets its own prices and stock, so what you see can vary a little depending on your region.
How much is delivery, and can I avoid the fee?
Delivery fees depend on your region and are set by your local distributor. If you would rather not pay for delivery, you can choose free in-store pickup (Click & Collect) where it is available.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund with your local distributor. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
How does Buy Now, Pay Later work?
Join Flayona Plus (free) and complete a quick verification, then you can split eligible orders into monthly instalments. New customers start on 1 or 3 month plans, which are completely interest-free. Longer plans of 6 months and above unlock once you have repaid a few instalments on time, and those include a flat interest rate built into the instalment amount. If an instalment is missed, a single flat 5% late fee applies to that instalment only — it never compounds, and you can always pay early at no extra cost.
Is Flayona Plus free?
Yes — Flayona Plus is completely free to join and it never expires. It is simply your verified customer profile, and it is what unlocks Buy Now, Pay Later. There is no membership fee and no card details needed to sign up.
What documents do I need for Buy Now, Pay Later?
You will need your Ghana Card, a live selfie, and a recent payslip. This quick verification (KYC) is reviewed by one of our Credit Officers before your application is approved.
Is there a discount for teachers and nurses?
Yes — verified teachers and nurses get a discount on orders over GHS 200. Register with your profession and staff/registration number from your account page; our team reviews and approves applications.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page and enter the PO (purchase order) number shown on your invoice or confirmation message.
